Program Description:

The first year includes an introductory unit covering the subjects of Revenue Law, Professional Conduct,Financial Services Act, European Law and Accounts. This is followed by conveyancing and the skills of research, interviewing and drafting, civil and criminal litigation, alongside the skill of advocacy. In year two of the course you study Business Law and Practice, Probate and Administration, withinterviewing and drafting. In year two you also choose two elective subjects from a range including:Matrimonial Practice, Law of Children, Landlord and Tenant, Employment Law, Commercial Leases, EULaw, Leasehold Conveyancing, Planning and Environmental Law and more.
