Program Description:

Our MA Education is designed for practising teachers in primary and secondary schools and for FE and HE lecturers. It runs in full time and part time mode with the option to specialise in curriculum. There are four pathways for the MA Education to enable you to undertake study related to your professional situation. These are Childhood and Youth Studies, TESOL, Leadership and Management.

The course is concerned with the development of critical enquiry and reflection in the field of education, and the development of professional knowledge and expertise. You can study the course at either our Harcourt Hill campus or part time at Solihull college.
 

We offer a range of courses to help you to meet the entry requirements for this course and also familiarise you with university life.

If English is not your first language then you will need to show that your English language skills are at a high enough level to succeed in your studies.

Candidates whose first language is not English should be able to demonstrate a satisfactory level of spoken and written English. TOEFL: 91 (Internet Based) IELTS: level 6.5 or above or equivalent (minimum of grade 6 in the written part of the exam).
