Program Description:

Course outline The Certificate is specifically designed for people who need a broad understanding of learning and skills in an industrial relations context. The course consists of six assessed modules which provide a challenging, critical analysis of current developments and will be of benefit to anyone involved in promoting, negotiating or administering training in a unionised workplace. The Diploma comprises six assessed modules aiming to link academic ideas to their practical application at the workplace level and enable you to evaluate current developments. Typical students may be Union Learning Representatives, trainers, or others involved in employment relations, personnel or training activities. If you decide to continue your studies after the Diploma, you will then have the option to register onto the third year of the BSc in Human Resource Management.
