MSc Construction Law & Dispute Resolution by DL
The Construction Law programme is designed for construction and legal professionals with an interest in developing knowledge and application of construction law for practical use in the workplace. It combines face-to-face contact with the course team and electronic distance learning technology to provide flexibility of learning to suit individual needs. The programme places considerable emphasis on the application of the law in problem-solving and problem-avoidance situations within the context of the construction industry. Widespread use is made of case study material and real-life scenarios. You will be able to participate in mooting sessions, dispute resolution workshops with high-profile DR contributors and presentations which will further develop your ability to formulate, propose and defend an argument.
