This new course will be offered by the Centre for Inclusion and Diversity and supported by our NHS partners. The aim of the course is to assist health and social care organisations in developing the capacity and capability for managing equality and diversity as mainstream issues, through integration into core policy and practice. It will require the adoption of new ways of working within the strategic framework. It is applicable to health and social care service delivery organisations and to others in their work to bridge the gaps between policy and practice.
It will be open to potential students from a range of health/social care services, other public, private and community/voluntary sector organisations.
