What you will study
The LLM in Commercial Law offers you the possibility of studying a number of subjects of particular relevance to commercial activities.
Legal Research in Commercial Law aims to introduce students to fundamental legal concepts, the structure of the courts and the sources of law. In particular the module introduces students to the nature of contractual and tortious liability and develops the necessary core knowledge and understanding for the study of more specialist aspects of commercial law. The module integrates the study of law with the development of those legal techniques that students will need to develop, in particular legal research and writing skills.
