Program Description:

This new MSc is designed for graduates with an accounting, economics or finance background who wish to develop their understanding of finance issues. In exceptional circumstances graduates from other disciplines will be considered. The course is particularly aimed at those interested in pursuing a career in the financial services industry.
You take compulsory modules (80 credits), optional modules (40 credits) and write a dissertation on a finance topic (60 credits). Compulsory modules include: financial derivatives; financial theory and corporate policy; applied time series modelling and forecasting; research methods. Optional modules include: behavioural finance; central banking; credit risk modelling; international finance and capital markets; international money and banking.
