The aim of the University of Canterbury Clinical Psychology programme is to provide professional training in Clinical Psychology that comprehensively integrates academic and practical work, producing generalists rather than specialists. Candidates wishing to qualify as clinical psychologists are required to complete a minimum of a three-year course to complete the PGDipClinPysc alongside enrollment in a Masters thesis or PhD - please see our programme listing for Psychology for further information about Masters and PhD study.
Please note that international students only pay domestic fees for study at PhD level.
