M.A.- Public International Law
Public international law has become increasingly important in the practice of law. State a reason or give an example for this first statement. The program is structured around a number of themes pertaining to the foundations of public international law, such as international responsibility and the law of treaties. The coursework will emphasise the relevance of public international law for national law. It will prepare participants either for an academic or government career, or for a specialised legal practice. Please note that there might be later modifications in the program.
