Program Description:

The core course, International Business Law, focuses on key features of international business, such as: international commercial transactions, foreign direct investment, forms of business organisation and joint-ventures, international commercial arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution, corporate governance as well as law and economic policy. Other courses include International Trade Law (GATT / WTO and EU external trade regime), International Banking and Finance, International Tax Law, Competition Law, International Accounting, International Economics and Current Issues in International Economics. Attention is also given to developing skills in legal research and academic writing. The legal clinics are designed to provide a practical orientation in selected aspects of international business.
