Program Description:

The LL.M. Program consists of eight courses, including an internship and a thesis. These are Public Air Law: Treaties and Institutions, Private Air Law: Treaties and Cases, Space Law: Treaties and Law-making, Space Law: Applications, Institutions and National Law, Air Transport Competition Law and Policy, European Aerospace Law and an Elective Course or Internship. In addition students must take three introductory courses in European Law, Competition Law and International Organizations. Exemptions from these introductory courses can be given in certain circumstances.
