Program Description:

The Master's programme in Economics at the University of Copenhagen is a two-year programme which consists of 10 or 9 courses and 2 or 3 economic seminars. The courses can be chosen from our wide selection of courses offered in English and they cover a lot of different topics in Economics and Social Sciences. The economic seminars are courses that involve the writing of a paper in a predefined area. The paper is then presented and discussed in the class. The Master's programme is concluded with a Master's thesis of approximately 100 pages.

It takes a good B.Sc. to be accepted and you will need a solid background in economics, econometrics and mathematics.

Danish skills are not needed as the Master's programme can be done entirely in English.
