Program Description:

The School of Urban Planning offers an M.U.P. degree, which is a two-year graduate program for thetraining of qualified professional planners for the public and private sectors. Urban Planning might generally be defined as both a technical and political process for decision-making in regard to the development and control of the built urban environment. As such, it is concerned with the quality of urban life, the control of the use of land for urban development, and the protection and enhancement of the natural environment.
