Ph.D. - Psychology
Each student, upon admission to the program, is also admitted to one of eleven (11)Areas within the department. The area is responsible for the general supervision of his or her program. Research supervision is provided by an Advisor (chosen at admission time) and a Thesis Advisory Committee (chosen as soon as practicable and usually no later than thesis proposal time). The advisor will also assist the student in the selection of courses and other matters relating to the program of study.
