Program Information

Degrees Offered:

International Economic Law

Format: Campus

Program Description:

Economic globalisation is placing demands on scholars, lawyers and regulators that traditional legal education is increasingly unable to meet. This programme is founded on the belief that the definitions (public and private, domestic and international, political and economic, social and legal) that demarcate the study of law can also cloud analytical judgement and limit the chances for renewal in global economic governance. You may contact BSIS's admissions office directly via Skype: bsisbrussels. Financial Aid: Eligible for Federal Stafford Loans

The University of Kent is endowed with degree awarding powers by virtue of its Royal Charter. The delivery of programmes both in the United Kingdom and at the University of Kent campus in Brussels remains subject to routine audits by the United Kingdom Quality Assurance Agency at both an institutional level and at the level of individual departments.
