Program Description:

This programme aims at providing an advanced training in economic analysis of law ('law and economics'). There is a growing demand for law and economics expertise in litigation (e.g. antitrust cases, computing of economic losses, ...), contract design (e.g. complex or long-term contracts, corporate structure of radio frequenties), risk management, and public policy (e.g. reports on optimal environmental standards). A specialized master in law andeconomics is very helpful, not only for a consultancy career, but also for a career in law firms, courts, international organizations and the public administration. The programme is open for students with a diplom in law and economics or (if approved) political sciences.
