        Earning an Art Therapy Degree in Iowa

        Iowa is located in the Midwestern United States. Along its east side runs the Mississippi River, while the west side of the state is bordered by the Big Sioux River and the Missouri River. It is the only state in the nation whose borders are formed all by rivers. Iowa ranks as the 30th most populous state (1). Iowa is also home to Cornell College. This college is the only school in the United States to have all of its campus listed on the National Register of Historic Places. In addition, Iowa State University is the oldest land grant college in the nation. The National Balloon Museum is located in Indianola, Iowa and tells the story of more than 200 years of ballooning in the United States.
