About the field of Logistics: Logistics is the science of planning, organizing and managing activities that provide goods or services. It aims to teach graduates to ensure that needs are met on demanding timetables and to create effective customer supply chains. Students will gain a working knowledge of logistics in all sectors, including synchronous manufacturing, quality assurance, life-cycle cost analysis and transportation and distribution. They will examine supply chain function, corporate management, logistic problems, world commerce and e-commerce. Graduates can become senior logistics inventory specialists, global logistics management, senior logistics coordinators, senior logistical engineers, acquisition logistics consultants and more.
