Program Description:

The Doctor of Philosophy Programme in Administration is an integrated programme designed for students who are proceeding toward teaching and research careers in universities or in public or private organizations. Ph.D. Candidates complete studies in three fields of administrative studies, one field being designated as the major field and the others as minor fields. Major fields are presently offered in the areas of Organizational Behaviour and Industrial Relations, Finance, Management Policy, Marketing and Operations Management. Minor fields may be chosen from the areas of Accounting, Organizational Behaviour and Industrial Relations, Business and the Environment, Economics, Finance, Management Science, Management Policy and Marketing or may be taken in other departments or Faculties of the University.
