Program Description:

The University is registered as a law school with the Committee of Bar Examiners of the State Bar of California. As a result of this registration and the UniversityÆs compliance with specific rules of the Committee of Bar Examiners (CBE) and the California Supreme Court, graduates of the Juris Doctor û Attorney Track Program (hereinafter the JDAT Program) become eligible to sit for the California Bar Examination. Upon successful completion of this examination, graduates may become members of the State Bar of California eligible to practice in Federal and California Courts.
