Program Description:

Willamette's Full-Time MBA programs are specifically designed to prepare students for their first professional career position, career change or advancement. In just 21 months, Willamette MBA students learn the core principles of general management, refine their career interests, develop an in-depth understanding of one or more career areas of interest, and build the portfolio of experience needed to succeed in a competitive job market.
The Early Career MBA is designed for recent college graduates and applicants with limited work experience who are seeking their first professional position or career change. Previous work experience is not required.
Willamette's Early Career MBA emphasizes experiential learning or "learning by doing." Internships, consulting projects, case studies, simulations, student investment fund, ethics in business awards, and the PACE projects (where teams of students create and operate real organizations) build the knowledge and experience employers value.
Willamette's MBA for Career Change is designed for people with at least two years of post bachelor degree professional work experience with management or functional responsibilities, who are seeking career change or career advancement. In just 21 months, Willamette MBA students learn the core principles of general management, refine their career interests, develop an in-depth understanding of one or more career areas of interest and build the portfolio of experience needed to succeed in a competitive job market.
Willamette's MBA for Professionals provides working individuals with three or more years of work experience the opportunity to complete their MBA while employed. The program is accredited by AACSB International. Courses are taught in the evening by Willamette's faculty.

Willamette University's Full-Time MBA is one of only two MBA programs in the world accredited for both Business Administration (AACSB International) and Public Administration (NASPAA).

International Student Requirements:

In addition to regular application materials, international applicants must also submit I-20 and financial documentation.
