Program Description:

The philosophy of the community-clinical psychology program is to provide students with an integration of community and clinical psychology. The program, which has a public service and preventative orientation, trains students to work with under served and disadvantaged populations and the community organizations and agencies that serve them. The program teaches students to develop and implement effective preventative and clinical interventions based on individual, group, and community mechanisms for change.
