Program Description:

The Master of Science program offered by the Department of Biological Sciences provides an advanced education under either the research thesis option or non thesis option. A variety of specializations in the broad areas of cell, molecular, endocrine, reproductive, and environmental biology are available. All incoming students are assigned to a temporary graduate adviser; typically by the end of the first year students choose a permanent graduate adviser and committee. The advisers work with the student to develop a program of studies that meets the student's educational goals.
