Program Description:

The Educational Technology Masters degree is an extension of the existing Online Graduate Certificate Program in Educational Technology and existing Special Education Technology courses in the Department of Educational Studies. The degree is designed for educators seeking to integrate educational technology into the K-12 curriculum and into other educational settings (see Mission Statement). The degree will help teachers interested in educational technology and prepare them for technology leadership roles in school systems at the regional, district, building, and classroom level. The Masters degree officially began January 2002. More than 90 students have been accepted into the program and fifteen have graduated as of August 2003. The new Masters degree can be taken as a fully online program or a program that mixes online and face-face-classes.
