Program Description:

The MSHR program was started in 1984 to equip the next generation of HR leaders with the mindset and skill set to provide strategic HR leadership in both nonprofit and for-profit organizations. The MSHR curriculum is based on the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) guidelines for graduate HR curriculum. WCU's Human resource program is intended to meet the needs of busy students and adult learners who are preparing for a future in the Human Resource related job. Graduates of this program will be equipped and proficient to work in a great variety of human resource related jobs. Our mission is to provide an exceptional learning experience for our student that enhances their knowledge of and passion for the potential of people in organizations.
