Program Description:

This is a 36 semester-hour program (12 courses--6 required and 6 elective) preparing individuals for leadership roles in a variety of human-resource related professions, including human resource management and external consulting. The program offers courses in both blended and distance learning formats. Emphasis is placed on the practical application of theories and professional practice models in the work place. Part-time students can complete the program in 2 1/2 years.
