West Virginia University offers interdisciplinary graduate studies in molecular and cellular biology leading to the Ph.D. degree in the sponsoring departments of the Colleges of Arts and Sciences and of Agriculture and Forestry and the Schools of Medicine and Pharmacy. Participating faculty members are from the Departments of Anatomy, Animal and Veterinary Sciences, Basic Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Biology, Microbiology and Immunology, Pharmacology and Toxicology, Physiology, and Plant and Soil Sciences.
