Program Description:
This MAC degree is designed to complete the 150 semester credit hours that are a prerequisite for the Certified Public Accounting designation, along with a comprehensive understanding of accounting systems, theories, and practical skills. Electives in accounting, business administration, finance, information technology, management and taxation facilitate a detailed knowledge of how accounting is integrated throughout a corporation. This degree gives students the skills necessary to excel in jobs that are becoming more visible and complicated amidst a global economy and increased scrutiny of corporate accounting practices.
