Program Description:

The LL.M. International Business Law is designed for lawyers who need to acquire general knowledge of business law in an international setting. This programme is recommended both for prospective company lawyers and for legal counsels working in an (inter)governmental environment. It examines the interaction between government institutions and international business. The programme offers courses on the government regulation of business, EU law, tax law, WTO and IMF law (trade and payment liberalization) and international investment law. It also focuses on both common and civil law subjects, such as international contract law and company law.
