Established in 1990, UNIGIS is an international network of universities cooperating in the design and delivery of a high quality distance learning MSc. program in Geographical Information Systems and Science (GIS). This postgraduate program is aimed at providing professionals and students with the knowledge and skills necessary to understand and successfully apply GIS. The curriculum equips students with an understanding of the conceptual, technical and organizational aspects of GIS.
