Program Description:

Business Mathematics & Informatics (BMI) is a multidisciplinary programme, geared to improving business processes by applying a combination of methods based on mathematics, computer science, and business management. BMI is applied in areas such as supply-chain planning, data-mining, call-center management, revenue management, and risk management. The Master's programme in BMI will deepen your knowledge of these methods and give you the opportunity to specialize in areas like business-process optimization, computational intelligence and financial risk management. As a graduate you will always be in demand on the labour market. You will be well-equipped for a whole range of careers: you could easily cope with an IT job at a software company, but you could just as easily go for a job as an econometrist. Many BMI graduates flourish in staff and management positions at banks, insurance companies and pension funds or opt for a career in consultancy.
