Program Description:

This program offers a structural, conceptual and practical background that is required for radical thinking and for improving the overall supply chain. Both strategic and operational issues related to structuring and managing the entire supply chain will be discussed, not forgetting the change process. In this way, the company’s objectives, e.g. providing customer service at a lower total cost, can be achieved. After attending this programme, the participant should be able to organise and/or restructure the business processes within his supply chain, while keeping in mind a long-term strategy.
