Program Description:
The Department of Criminal Justice in the College of Humanities and Sciences offers a Masters of Science in Criminal Justice (Justice Option). The graduate programs in Criminal Justice are designed to enhance student powers of discrimination and judgment. This is accomplished by incorporating management and administration techniques, analytical and communication skills, decision-making abilities, and professional ethics. These attributes enable students to function effectively in any organizational environment upon graduation. The graduate programs are designed to prepare students for supervisory positions in criminal justice education and research.Program features include small class sizes, opportunities for part-time, evening studies, and distinguished faculty. All full-time faculty members are published authors and experienced teachers that regularly make presentations at professional conferences.
