Program Description:

Vanderbilt Divinity School is a liberal ecumenical school of theology situated in the middle of a small and accessible university of very high quality. We are an ecumenical school. Our faculty includes Protestants, Catholics, and Jews and our students come to us from about thirty different religious groups. Our community is enriched by racial diversity among students and faculty members. The School's faculty is committed to serious theological research and scholarship with strong interests in biblical materials and historical traditions. In addition, you will discover that these teachers are committed to exploring pressing issues of faith and justice that confront contemporary religious communities.
