The on-line Instructional Design Certificate program at UW-Stout is designed for the professional interested in developing focused competency in instructional design applicable in either a current or new career.
Course instruction models current best practices in designing effective, technology enhanced instruction. In the 4 course sequence you will learn the skills necessary to develop self-paced e-learning products, print materials, computer-based training, courses, workshops, webinars, orientations and tutorials, or to redesign existing curriculum for just-in-time delivery.
Course topics include Issues in Instructional Design, Instructional Strategies and Assessment Methods, Designing Computer-based Training, and Project Management for Instructional Development.
