Program Description:

The graduate program in psychology is designed to allow preparation for professional employment with a variety of specializations, or continued graduate study leading to a doctoral degree at another institution.

Eligibility Requirements:

Three reference letters are required. Ideally, these should come from faculty who are familiar with the applicant's academic potential.

Students in the industrial/organizational emphasis are required to submit a two-to-three page personal statement covering the origins of their interest in working in industrial/organizational psychology, relevant experience (work or volunteer) in this field and any other relevant personal information.

Students in the experimental emphasis are required to submit two-to-three page personal statement describing reasons for wanting to attend UW Oshkosh and areas of research interest. The admissions committee is particularly interested in details about research experience, including class projects, persentations, etc.
