Program Description:

This innovative multi-disciplinary taught postgraduate programme in human rights, is offered in collaboration with the School of Law and the Department of Politics and International Relations. Students should take three key modules from CDS, one from Law, and one from Politics and International Relations. In addition, students take any one specialist option from a selection.

The focus of the programme is on:
An approach to the study of human rights that weds rigorous consideration of the theory and jurisprudence of human rights with practical analysis of the policy and practice of governments and international development agencies
