The graduate program is designed to qualify students in the systematic development and implementation of Health Promotion and Education programs. Course work stresses the importance of social, psychological, behavioral, developmental, educational and communication theories as they relate to health education practice. Graduates are employable in public schools, higher education, federal, state and local health departments and many volunteer agencies in the United States and internationally.
