Program Description:

The major objective of this graduate program is the education of professional chemists for industry, government, and the academic world. Research-oriented programs of study leading to the M.S. and Ph.D. are offered, and a student may specialize in organic, inorganic, biological, physical, analytical, or computational chemistry. An interdisciplinary program leading to the Ph.D. in chemical physics is also available. Students are individually counseled throughout their degree programs by one or more faculty members.
