The Master of Arts in Organizational Development and Leadership is designed to develop leaders. Individuals with technical expertise in their field can gain the "soft skills" they need to effectively manage teams and organizations.

Eligibility Requirements:
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education with a GPA of at least 2.0 on a 4.0 scale. Students entering with a GPA of 2.0 to 2.99 will be placed on first-term academic probation.
