Program Description:
The Master of Arts in Art Education program is designed to develop the studio, intellectual and professional education background of art educators, enabling them to meet advanced professional goals.
The Concentration in Electronic Media, as part of a Master of Arts in Art Education at The University of the Arts, prepares pre-service and veteran art teachers to use, plan and manage technology in the K-12 art curriculum and classroom.
Coordinating professional art education courses with work in educational media, graduate research and technology-based electives, the 36-credit program includes:
• Graduate education seminars
• Independent thesis or graduate project
• No student teaching required
