Program Description:

A leader in scientific and humanistic medical education, UTMB's School of Medicine offers a four-year curriculum leading to the doctor of medicine degree. The school offers graduate education in most medical specialties and provides lifelong studies through continuing education programs. With approximately 800 students enrolled and more than 800 full-time faculty members on staff, UTMB's medical students receive the individual attention they need to succeed in a challenging educational environment. The School of Medicine has awarded more than 10,082 degrees since its founding.
