Program Description:
The Graduate Program in Cellular and Structural Biology provides training for M.S. and Ph.D. candidates who intend to pursue careers in biomedicine through academia or industry. The strength of the program is its diversity; faculty research areas include cell biology, cancer biology, molecular genetics, developmental biology, anatomical sciences, reproductive biology, immunology, neurobiology, and aging. All graduate students pursue a program of study designed to develop both their scholarly and laboratory aptitudes through one-on-one mentoring by more than 40 student-oriented faculty.
