Program Description:

The Master of International Business program provides a thorough understanding of the principles and techniques of international business and their application to real
business situations. Graduates with the ability to think globally are on a rewarding and interesting career path with opportunities in multinational companies, government agencies, international aid agencies, and companies with global business links.

Students gain the knowledge and skills relevant to the development, strategy and management of international business organisations. They learn to become effective business managers, to make good leadership decisions, to creatively solve problems, and to accurately evaluate an ever-evolving business environment. This degree may also be awarded with Honours.

International Student Requirements:

If English is not your first language and your first degree was not undertaken at an institution where English was the sole language of instruction, you will need to demonstrate English language proficiency before admission can be confirmed. The language qualifications accepted by the Faculty of Economics and Business are: • IELTS minimum of 6.5, with at least 6.0 on each band • TOEFL 577 or better, plus Test of Written English (TWE) at 4.5+ • TOEFL computer-based 233 or better, plus Test of Written English (TWE) at 4.5+
