Program Description:

The strategic decision to locate a process within or outside the boundaries of an organisation is critical to competitive performance. In supporting these choices, facilities managers are responsible for ensuring that both long and short-term objectives are met. The course will provide students with the strategic issues in the management and operation of enterprise services, extending from project conception through to implementation and operation. This course aims to equip students with a range of specialist skills which will enable them to manage projects and contracts whilst recognising the strategic context being served.
