Program Description:

This is a two-year, distance programme. AIM: to give language teachers, lecturers and other language educators, speech and language therapists, translators, interpreters, publishers and language advisors the opportunity to benefit intellectually and professionally from the scientific study of language and language-related phenomena at an advanced level. CONTENT: Linguistic perspectives on language structure, acquisition, use, abuse, variety, attrition, loss or impairment, and on the nature of language, signed languages and cross-cultural communication.
