Program Description:

The USC School of Theatre offers two M.F.A. degrees: Acting and Dramatic Writing. The new three-year M.F.A.in Acting program encompasses classical actor instruction with an innovative physical approach to acting. A unique professional relationship with the award-winning Mark Taper Forum offers students internships including performance opportunities. The MFA in Dramatic Writing is an intensive three-year program presented in association with the USC School of Cinema-Television that offers professional mentoring, intimate classes, workshop productions and a graduate-year American New Works Festival.
