The Department of Integrative Biology is committed to train the next generation of graduate students to prepare them for professional success in the fields of biological sciences that mirror our faculty's expertise. Our program of graduate study is designed to foster the development of technical and analytical skills used in existing and emerging fields of discovery. Increasingly, students are given opportunities to include an international experience in their research projects and also be involved in outreach activities. The research and training ongoing in the Department of Integrative Biology contributes to advancements in both basic science and applications to real world problems.
