Program Description:

We have three Master's Programs in English Education:Plan II - Master of Arts in English Education designed to include initial certification to teach English,grades, 6-12, while working towards a Master's Degree. It is planned for graduates of B.A. Liberal Arts English programs or for graduates of other programs with a substantial number of hours in English.Plan I - Master of Arts in English Education designed for fully certified teachers of English who hold a degree in English Education or who are otherwise eligible for a Rank II Florida certificate.Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction: Emphasis in English.The M.Ed. is designed for fully certified teachers of English with two years of experience who wish to improve their skills in teaching middle and/or secondary high school English.
