Program Description:

The Master of Industrial Statistics degree program is geared toward persons who are currentlyworking in a business, government, or industrial setting. While some theory is introduced, the focus is onapplications and how statistics can be used to improve quality in an organization or process. Considerable flexibility in program emphasis is possible for all degrees. Students may select a concentration in a specific area, such as reliability analysis, environmental statistics, quality control or computing. An interdisciplinary program is also possible, with elective courses being taken outside the department.
